Yes — for any custom piece, we ask for a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. This goes straight toward your final total. It's our way of making sure both sides are committed to the session.
Get a good night's sleep, eat a solid meal before you come in, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol the night before. Wear comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being tattooed. That's about it — we handle the rest.
Every spot is different. Some areas are milder; others are more intense. We'll be honest with you about what to expect based on where you want your piece, and we'll take breaks whenever you need them.
We'll walk you through aftercare step by step before you leave the shop. In short: keep the initial wrap on for a few hours, wash gently with unscented soap, apply a thin layer of recommended ointment, and avoid soaking or direct sun while it heals.
We always love seeing familiar faces, and walk-ins are welcome when an artist's chair is open. For custom work or larger pieces, booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your spot.
